Entry is now open for the first ever Irish Women’s Snooker Open which will take place at the Snooker & Billiards Ireland (SBI) HQ in Carlow on 28-30 November 2025.
Organised by World Women’s Snooker (WWS), in partnership with SBI and supported by Sport Ireland, this groundbreaking event on the Emerald Isle will be the fourth ranking event of the 2025/26 campaign following on from tournaments in England, Australia and Thailand.
The three-day event will include side-tournaments for Under-21 and Seniors (Over-40s) players, alongside the main competition which is set to welcome many of the world’s leading stars, alongside women and girls from across Ireland.
The event is open to all women players, of any age, nationality or level of experience as WWS and its partners remain committed to the global development of women’s snooker and the creation of opportunities for women and girls to play the sport competitively.
