2019 Eden Masters Quarter-Finalist
Chucky Preston made an immediate impression on the World Women’s Snooker Tour by reaching the quarter-finals of her debut tournament at the 2019 Eden Masters in Coulsdon.
Victories against Diana Schuler, Kristina Mladenovic and Jenny Poulter were enough for Northern Ireland’s Chucky to top her round robin group, before she defeated Hong Kong’s Ho Yee Ki in the last 16. Although she would lose out to world number one Reanne Evans in the quarter-finals, her run was enough to see her enter the world rankings at number 56.
At the Belgian Women’s Open Chucky would again reach the knockout rounds before losing out to world number four Rebecca Kenna, while she claimed her first silverware in the Challenge Cup side-tournament, losing out to Caty Dehaene in a final which saw all three frames decided on the final black.
