England’s Daisy Oliver reached the last 16 of a world ranking event for the first time at the 2024 UK Championship in Leeds.

Two years on from her Tour debut at the same venue, Oliver won two matches to qualify from her round robin group in second place, before securing a 3-2 victory – from 0-2 down – against Chloe Payne to reach the last 16 for the first time.

The promising junior has also reached the last 32 stage of the British Open in both 2023 and 2025.

Away from the WWS Tour, she also reached the final of the EPSB Winchester Women’s Open Series Event Five in December 2023, winning five matches in total, before losing 1-2 to eventual Series winner Tessa Davidson in the title match.
