Bio

Australia’s Lilly Meldrum made her Tour debut at the 2022 World Women’s Snooker Championship aged just 13 and within two years had claimed a place inside the world’s top 30 for the first time.

The talented teenager made an immediate impression on the circuit as she defeated top seeded Steph Daughtery on her way to reaching the final of the World Women’s Under-21 Championship in 2022, ultimately losing out to defending champion Ploychompoo Laokiatphong in the final.

Her best results to date in full ranking events came during the 2022/23 season as she reached the semi-final of both the Australian Open and the Asia-Pacific Championship tournaments, losing out to Jamie Hunter and Laokiatphong respectively.

Meldrum also reached her second junior final at the Asia-Pacific Championship, with only Laokiatphong able to stop her in the title match.
