Bio

Mariia Shevchenko played in her first ranking event on the World Women’s Snooker Tour in September 2019 and successfully qualified for the last 16 before losing out to Rebecca Kenna.

Mariia would repeat the feat two years later at the same venue, winning three matches during the group stages, before losing out to Steph Daughtery in the knockout rounds. She would, however, go on to reach the final of the Challenge Cup tournament on the second day, losing out to Jamie Hunter in the title match.

In November 2023, Shevchenko would win her first Tour title at the Eden Masters as she claimed the 6-Red Challenge Cup event in London following victory against Sarah Milne.
