World Women’s Snooker (WWS) has today announced that the Belgian Women’s Open will return from 6-8 February 2026 at The Trickshot Club in Bruges.
Won for the second time by England’s Reanne Evans earlier this year, the tournament has become an established stop on the calendar since 2019 and will see the WWS Tour return to the historic Belgian city of Bruges for the sixth time.
The Trickshot Club, a modern venue with 11 tables which is located close to the centre of the city, will once again play host to an event which last year welcomed record player numbers from Belgium and mainland Europe overall, with 37 players from 10 nations having contested the trophy earlier this year.
To date, both Reanne Evans (2019, 2025) and Thailand’s Mink Nutcharut (2023, 2024) have claimed two wins apiece in Bruges, with Ng On Yee having claimed a sole title in 2020. A deciding-frame win for Evans against Mink earlier this year saw the 12-time world champion earn her second title of the season and her most recent silverware to date.
In the Under-21 and Seniors competitions there were wins for Thailand’s Narucha Phoemphul and England’s Tessa Davidson respectively.
Mandy Fisher, WWS President said: “It is always a pleasure to return to Bruges for the Belgian Women’s Open and last year’s event in particular was one to remember with so many players from Europe including the Netherlands, Poland, Germany and of course Belgium taking part.
“I would like to thank Olivier Vandenbohede and his team for their continued support which dates back many years now and I am already looking forward to seeing who can claim the title next February!”
